RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return purchased products free of charge and request a replacement in the following cases:

  1. If oroeora.gr is proven responsible for selling incorrect, damaged, or defective products (e.g., errors in order processing, invoicing, shipping, products damaged during transport, or poor packaging).
  2. If a product has a functional or quality defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

In all cases, the customer may either refuse delivery at the outset or, after receiving the product, return it within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as received, complete and undamaged.
  • Original packaging must be included and in excellent condition.
  • Products not returned within 48 hours may not be accepted for return or replacement.
  • All returns must include all original documents that accompanied the product (e.g., invoice, receipt).
  • For jewelry, returns or exchanges are only accepted if no custom modifications have been made to the item.
  • Prior communication with oroeora.gr is recommended before initiating any return.
